Job description
We are offering students the possibility to be a part of the chip designprocess by supporting testing and validation of new semiconductorsolutions.
In this internship you get in touch with:
* State of the Art Equipment like automated test systems (ATE), sources, mutlimeters, oscilloscopes etc.
* Post-processing of measurement data to be able to present the data to the design team
* Support the review of the results with the design team together with the responsible Test Engineer
* Documentation of the test setup, results etc.
* Support the Design & Product Engineering Team in their daily tasks
* Setup and testing of test boards (soldering and small mechanicalreworks)
* Manage Engineering Sample s and logistics (shipment to colleagues inMunich and/or US)

Start: July 2021
Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time (Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: min. 6 months
Profile
You successfully meet the requirements if you are a motivated and committed student from the field of electronic engineering, microelectronics or similar. You are best equipped for this task if you additionally offer:
* Basic knowledge in using lab equipment
* Knowledge in using programming languages (like C/C++ and/or VBA)
* German and English skills
* Communicative person with independent working style
This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter-2020).
