Job description
In your new job you will:
* Assist and support the general manager of the Product Line HVC as well as the HVC leadership team in the management of the product line's daily affairs
* Operationalize management guidance into a concrete plan of action for the broader organization
* Act as an interface between top management and other stakeholders within the product line, communicate top management decisions and align with different stakeholders
* Create market analyses & business reports for the HVC top management as well as act as quality control for presentations and documents prepared for the division and group management
* Run c ompetitor and customer analyses and profiling: on demand deep-dives, quarterly tracking and ad-hoc analyses (pricing, market share, etc.)
* Prepare and follow-up on board meetings by preparing presentation documents, conducting meeting minutes, collection of inputs; and facilitate top level governance
Profile

Standing still is not your thing and you find inspiration in working on the big picture with your colleagues. You always think ahead and have strong organizational and communication skills. This means you are able to break down complex issues and feel comfortable to discuss projects with top management.
Plus, you are best equipped for this job if you deliver on the following hard-facts:
* You have a very good degree in either a science subject, engineering, business administration or similar, ideally combining both engineering and business knowledge
* You bring a high affinity for digitalization, technology and market trends
* You gained experience abroad (e.g. through studies or work/internships)
* You are a talented user of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
* Ideally, you already have experience in Project Management
* And of course you speak English fluently, while German is a big plus
We are filling this position through one of our partners. A valid work permit for Austria or EU citizenship is a prerequisite for this position. This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group E-F (https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter-2020). A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills.
