Our Retail & Digital International Division is further developing and is looking for our an
International multi-access & multi-touchpoint Manager (m/f/d)
who will contribute to the realization of the International Retail strategy, focus to work and roll out the multi-access and multi-touchpoint strategy in UNIQA international countries and design the future of retail distribution. The roll out of the new retail model will contribute to the UNIQA 3.0 strategic goals and increase customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
Your main responsibilities
* Support the work of Chief Retail and Digital Officer International to work out the detailed multi-access and multi-touchpoint retail strategy and design the future of retail distribution
* Roll out the new retail multi-access, omi-channell and multi-touchpoint retail strategy and the future of retail distribution model in cooperation with the local Chief Retail Officers
* Organize and lead necessary workshops for strategy building and implementation
* Supervise the implementation of the new strategic model and follow up the key strategic initiatives and fulfillments of the KPIs
* Support to build up the data driven international retail model management information
Your qualification
* University degree (at least Bachelor) in Business Management or Economic Sciences
* 5 - 8 years of international working experience
* Fluent in English
* Excellent know-how of MS Office

* Ability to solve problems: Your solutions follows a certain method
* Costumer orientation: Your solutions are tailor-made for specific needs
* Organization: You have the ability to use resources efficiently
* Information: Your communication is clear and in time
* Integrity and trust: You are hands-on and trustworthy
