Reporting directly to the VP of Digital Business, you will be responsible to identify, lead and manage various digital transformation projects across Dynatrace. You will consult and collaborate with all levels of the organization in R&D, Finance, Business Systems, Sales, Support, and several other functional areas to develop strategies, identify improvement and automation opportunities and manage projects.

Your role
* Partner with senior leadership and business partners to envision, develop, and implement programs for transformational change to further strengthen our efficiency in delivering products and services
* Develop a digital transformation vision, strategy, and roadmap
* Develop investment/return-on-investment proposals and communicate business benefits associated with proposed changes in processes and systems
* Oversee and lead cross-functional teams and business users to define, analyze, improve, and automate business processes and optimize system capabilities
* Perform project management for large cross-department projects from inception through delivery and evaluation
* Hire and lead a team of business and data analysts. Engage and steer external consultants
Your profile
* 7+ years of experience in information technology, with 3+ years of experience in transformational leadership
* Previous management consulting experience a big plus
* Experience leading large, cross-functional projects/programs in an international environment
* Skilled at project management, prioritization, and analyzing business processes
* Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels throughout the organization
* Self-starter, working independently, being comfortable in a very dynamic and fast paced environment
* High level of proficiency in English (C2 verbal and written), German is an advantage
* Experience working in a software/technology company a plus
