Job description
In your new role you will:
* Lead a team of project managers, be responsible for supporting functions as well as manage direct reports, including recruiting, performance evaluation, coaching, training and development
* Collaborate / communicate with business functions to transform product roadmaps into a series of actionable and measurable projects to achieve the business objectives
* Actively manage the resource pipeline for project managers and supporting functions
* Ensure project schedule planning and its compliance to internal guidelines
* Drive continuous improvement and quality of project management processes and methods
* Establish proper support of projects regarding requirement management and change management
* Act as project manager for methodology projects
* Ensure that processes and quality guidelines are followed
Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
* A university degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics or similar background
* At least 5+ years of experience in project management in the semiconductor industry
* Knowledge about automotive sensor applications and magnetic sensors is an advantage
* Project management certification as a plus (e.g. IPMA D/C)
* Experience in ISO26262 compliant development of automotive products is a big plus
* Advanced MS Office and MS Project skills
* Excellent English skills, German as a plus
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group J (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2024.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
