In your new job you will:
* Develop verification concepts for product characterization of MOS and GaN transistors
* Be responsible for hardware development of characterization equipment
* Develop software for computer-controlled equipment (automation software), thus optimizing the automation of test setups regarding time and output
* Execute measurements and interpret measurement results
* Accompany the characterization and verification of Power MOSFETs in cooperation with product development during R&D
* Guarantee and support laboratory safety policies and standards
* Work in a dynamic and international team

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
* A university master degree in Electronic Engineering, Power Electronics or a related discipline
* 5+ years of experience in the area of component verification, hardware and system design
* Knowledge in analog design and power electronics
* Experience with lab automation software and tools , e.g. Matlab, Labview, Altuim/Eagle PCB design
* Fluent English communications skills and ideally first German language skills
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/minimum-wages-blue-collar-workers-2021.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
