Job description
In your new job you will:
* Develop new MOSFET generations; define the key features of the next generations together with TCAD and application experts
* Lead technology development projects including planning, risk management, reporting and tracking of the project milestones
* Closely collaborate with product marketing, application engineering and product development to shape product features for business success
* Plan, coordinate and evaluate process experiments including statistical DoEs (design of experiment) and ensure process window
* Define unit process requirements along the technology roadmap, together with unit process development engineers
* Support the ramp up and yield learning phase of new technology platforms together with the process integration group
* Implement improvements regarding cost, yield and stability with change management processes and/or technology projects
* Bring in your own ideas for innovative technology designs

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
* A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science or comparable
* 3+ years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry, ideally in technology development or process engineering
* Project management experience, ideally as project or sub-project manager
* Project management certification beneficial,
IPMA C certification or willingness to become certified as strong plus
* Sound knowledge in semiconductor process technology and semiconductor physics
* Knowledge of MOSFET technologies and product portfolio of Infineon is an advantage
* Excellent English communication skills with German skills and/or willingness to learn it as plus
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G-H (https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter-2020). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
