In your new job you will:
* Use your expertise to translate customer requirements into product specifications and implementations in the field of power transistors
* Work on a broad range of technical challenges, from application requirements for new products to product verification
* Create your own simulation models and use circuit simulation to thoroughly understand product behavior in application circuits
* Set targets for new semiconductor power frontend technologies and packages
* Be a technical expert in projects collaborating with technology and package development and application engineering
* Bring in your own ideas to create new products for long term business success

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
* A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or comparable
* 5+ years of professional experience in the field of power electronics product development, device modelling or application engineering
* Experience in developing system models using Simetrix or similar
* Solid knowledge of power technologies and packaging
* Excellent English language skills, German skills or willingness to learn it as a plus
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group I (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/minimum-wages-blue-collar-workers-2021.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
