Job description
In your new role your core tasks will be:
* leading and managing a diverse team of about 20 employees
* being responsible for people development and fostering engaged talents
* ensuring the secure supply of competitive FE technologies
* together with your team you will identify and drive measures to improve yield & stability, cost and performance
* support the on-site production in deviation management and fab-performance
* ensuring a professional ramp up management after production release
* organizing the joint development activities together with your R&D partners
* shaping the interfaces to various Infineon partner sites on a global scale
* involved in transfer and conversion management programs
Profile
You are open to new ideas and receptive to other ways of thinking or working and have the passion and the courage to develop new and creative ideas. You have a high degree of analytical skills, i.e. you take in information quickly, evaluate it from different points of view, and uncover hidden correlations in it.
You are best equipped for this task if you:
* have a university degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or in a similar discipline
* have fluent German and English skills
* can determine 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
* profound knowledge in the manufacturing and device functionality of power MOSFETs
* have experience in leading and managing cross-functional and -cultural teams
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group J (https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter-2020). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
