In your new job, you will be responsible for:
* Floorplanning and area estimation of mixed-signal IP macros and subsystems
* RF and analog full custom layout of mixed-signal IP macros and subsystems
* Layout verification for the IP macros and subsystems
* Active communication and alignment with circuit designers
* Active communication and alignment with subsystem and top-level layout teams to guarantee a smooth integration into their chip top-level

Profile
You are best equipped for this job if you have:
* A higher technical school (HTL) / university / university of applied sciences degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable
* 5+ years of experience in analog/RF full custom layout
* Good understanding of integrated circuits such as matching, noise, coupling, shielding and IR-drop as well as all kinds of layout dependent effects (LDE) in deep submicron technologies
* Knowledge of CAD tools for physical design (Cadence, Mentor)
* Unix/Linux OS experience
* Good English skills with Germ an skills as a plus
This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H (https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter). A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills.
