As Principal Engineer Process Integration you will be responsible for the overall front-end process for MOSFET technologies across multiple sites.
Your new tasks will be:
* participation in development teams for the effective adoption and ramp-up of new products and technologies in front-end production
* selection and development of process concepts to improve stability, yield, reliability and production costs
* Identification of causes and definition of sustainable correction activities in case of process deviations
* sustaining of existing process blocks and implementation of improvement measures
* technical support for production, quality management, the business unit and our back-end sites
* technical leadership of interdisciplinary teams

You are proactive, result oriented and as a genuine team player you treat your colleagues with respect and trust. You demonstrate a sense for people and convince with communicative strength. You are a good networker and cross-departmental coordinative activities and tasks are a pleasure for you. In addition, you impress with your structured and accurate way of working.
You are best equipped for this task if you:
* hold a university degree in the area of materials science, electrical engineering, physics or a related field of study
* bring in in-depth knowledge of device physics, power semiconductors and single processes
* have multiple years of experience in the field of semiconductor technology with a focus on single process development, technology/product development or process integration
* are experienced with methods and tools for statistical evaluation and data processing
* are very good in handling MS-Office
* possess very good English and German language skills
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group I (https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter-2020). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
