Job description
In your new role you will:
* Leverage DfT (Design-for-Test) and BIST (Built-in Self-Test) concepts to maximize test coverage and minimize test cost
* Collaborate with international chip design teams on the development of innovative test solutions for analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits, like Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADC), Power Management Units (PMU), and PLL
* Implement test concepts on automatic test equipment (ATE), including test pattern and test program development
* Use Virtual Test Development tools to verify test programs before manufactured chips are available, to ensure less debugging effort on ATE
* Provide verified test programs in a modular and generic format to enable the reuse and integration into various System-on-Chip (SoC) products and ATE platforms
* Support the bring-up phase of new SoC products by test data collection and data analysis, together with the design teams.

Profile
With your independent working style, you ensure that deliverables are complete in high quality and remain aware of the big picture even in complex situations. You demonstrate strong communication skills and know how to establish lasting relationships and networks.
You are best equipped for this job if you have:
* A university / university of applied sciences degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or comparable
* Experience in semiconductor test engineering, mixed-signal test experience is a plus
* Experience in test program development using C/C++ and/or VBA, preferably Advantest V93K or Teradyne FLEX / UltraFlex / Eagle
* Knowledge of analog circuits and digital test Interfaces, e.g. JTAG, SWD, I2C, SPI
* Knowledge in DfT, VHDL, System-Verilog simulation is a plus
* Profound experience with Windows and Unix, C/C++ and/or VBA
* Fluent English skills, German is a plus
This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter-2020). A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills.
