In your new role you will:
* Work with the team to service our hybrid, Cisco based Unified Communications infrastructure with focus on Video Conferencing
* Be responsible for the Lifecycle management of our Video Conferencing Room Systems (purchase, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, upgrades, etc.)
* Participate in the design and implementation of future-oriented OnPrem and Cloud UC solutions
* Support our internal customers, users and colleagues from other IT lines with problem solving and projects
* Collaborate with the global team and other IT teams
* Participate in the on-call service
During an individual training phase, we prepare you optimally for your new tasks. With regular feedback discussions and planning of your professional and personal development, we want to ensure your success in this job.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
* Education in the IT field (HTL, university of applied sciences, university) with a focus on information technology, network, engineering, computer science or similar
* At least 3 years of relevant experience in the field of Unified Communications systems and applications
* Knowledge in Voice over IP, SIP, Video Conferencing and Network technology
* Product and solution knowledge of the manufacturer Cisco is beneficial
* Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills
* Have a mindset for details and precision and willingness for constant on-the-job training
* Excellent German and English skills
We are looking to fill this position through one of our partners. A valid Austrian work permit is a prerequisite. Our partner offers a payment of 2.896,77 EUR (gross) per month (14 times p.a.) according to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
