You will work on the value proposition, target requirement and application validation until the final product release with different project groups and locations within Infineon. You will also bring in new package and innovative solutions into existing & emerging applications.

Job description
In your new job you will:
* Manage the product definition engineering team
* Follow and drive the technology and product development projects and interact with the project team
* Consolidate requirements and value proposition for new products
* Take care for the datasheet releases according the project milestones
* Validate the product features in the application environment
* Generate collaterals for our sales support and train our technical sales force
* Lead an international team (15 engineers) in Europe and Malaysia
* Resource and lab planning & support funding projects
* Setting and distributing the team goals
* Personal team interaction and development, training, feedback
Profile
As team player, you communicate openly, clearly, and coherently and are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation. You are personally committed to the project concerns and award them a high priority. You deal with daily team issue and further develop the team in engineering and communication skills.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
* A university / university of applied sciences degree in Electrical Engineering or computer science/IT
* 10+ years of experience in power supplies design or product definition/development
* +5 years in a management role in a technical environment
* Experience in leading an international team
and intercultural communication
* Experience in resource planning and process development
* Fluent in English, German is optional
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group J (https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter-2020). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
