Job description
In your new role you will:
* Lead the design of cutting-edge Analog to Digital Converters (ADC) IPs
* Acquire deep understanding and optimization of customer application
* Work close with concept, digital, verification engineers in order to achieve highest synergies in targets and quality
* Participate to innovation projects to push the performance of the converters through novel solutions
During an individual training phase, we prepare you optimally for your new tasks. With regular feedback discussions and planning of your professional and personal development, we want to ensure your success in this position.
Profile
You work continuously to make things better, faster and more efficient. Furthermore, you communicate coherently and clearly and are able to build trusting, long lasting relationships.
You are best equipped for this job if you have:
* A Master degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Physics, PhD is advantageous
* At least 3+ years of working experience as a technical lead in field of ADC AMS design
* Deep knowledge in CMOS technologies
* Technical leadership skills to consolidate, prioritize and realize product requirements
* Fluent English language skills and confident presentation abilities, German is a plus
We are filling this position through one of our leasing partners. A valid work permit for Austria or EU citizenship is a prerequisite for this position. This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter-2020).
