Job description
We are seeking for an experienced Analog / Mixed Signal Designer interested in integrated magnetic sensor design, to develop unique and differentiated solutions for challenging automotive applications. In this position you will be fully involved in the development phase for various automotive semiconductor solutions and collaborate in a cross functional international team.
In your new role, you will:
* Technically coordinate sensor IC developments as a lead designer
* Design and verify analog and mixed signal circuits, in particular CMOS signal processing circuits (e.g.: amplifiers, ADCs, DACs, oscillators, PLLs, voltage regulators, filters, ESD/EMC suppression etc.)
* Closely cooperate with product definition, layout-, lab-, test- and quality engineers
* Support and further develop digital modelling methodology of analog circuits
* Give technical guidance towards the design team, focus on achieving ambitious specification targets and assure high quality
* Secure new intellectual property by filing patents
* Exchange knowledge with other mixed signal experts at Infineon

You are best suited for this position if you have:
* University Master degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable
* 5+ years of experience as technical lead in analog/mixed-signal design
* Experience in modelling of analog circuits (System Verilog, System-C, Matlab-Simulink)
* Demonstrated technical leadership skills as well as excellent technical understanding of CMOS circuitries
* Expertise in EMC and ESD as a plus
* Eluent English skills, German skills as a plus
This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H-J (https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter-2020). A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills.
