In your new job you will:
* Closely participate in the development of new discrete GaN HEMT and MOSFET power switches
* Perform TCAD simulation to support the development of our next generation technologies
* Collaborate towards improving the predictive simulation decks
* Take responsibility for process integration of power devices during development, transfer and ramp-up
* Act as an interface to the US development and simulation team as well as to unit process development, layout, test and reliability departments to ensure excellent collaboration

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
* A university degree (master degree or above) in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Physics, Microelectronics or comparable
* 1-3 years of professional experience in semiconductor device design (GaN HEMT preferred)
* Sound knowledge of Semiconductor Process Technology & Device Physics with special emphasis on power devices
* Proficiency with TCAD tools (Synopsis, Silvaco or similar), familiarity with layout tools beneficial (e.g. Cadence or similar)
* Very good English and German language skills
This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter-2020). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
