Remote: We are big fans of flexibility, likewise we treasure the creativity time around the coffee machine, but relocating to Vienna is not a condition to work with us. You can always work remote

Job description
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, who has 3-4 years of product management experience with digital products. You should be leading the product research, be the bridge between product development teams and the sales team. You work pragmatic and solutions-oriented, are good at reading customers, doing research, phrasing this out in epics and stories on Jira, are hands-on and focus 100% on the customer. You take ownership of unsolved product issues, can build a larger product vision for the future and work it out on a granular level.
Main responsibilities
* Drive product discovery, using both qualitative and quantitative techniques.
* Shape the larger product vision, together with the CEO
* Take ownership of the product roadmap and coordinate it with sales and CEO
* Coordinate the delivery of the overall product features and allocate larger features to Squads in coordination with Product Owner
* Make decisions and judge those decisions solely by the success of the product
* Analyse, synthesize and take decisions based on customer research, our as mission and vision drivers, sales and internal ideas
* Define ideas or user problems on a higher level, so our Squads can work out solutions
* Clear up questions the tech teams have for releases
Skills
* Have a systematic and structured approach to product innovation
* Be obsessed with our customer feedback, so much that close relationships emerge
* Be precise, detail-oriented and straightforward
* Have a calm, but secure character that makes the Squads feel safe and at home with the product
* Have a proven record of building digital products, experience, expertise, training and knowledge questions the tech teams have for releases
