Job description
In your new job you will:
* Develop new SiC and Si technologies for power electronic products
* Plan, organize and control the project
* Be fully responsible for all operational decisions in the project and for the successful achievement of all project targets
* Form and lead the project team
* Assign responsibilities within project to project managers of subprojects and project members
* Take decisions based on technology and process knowledge
Profile
You are eager to extend your knowledge and strive to understand the big picture. You are open-minded, like to explore new paths and derive innovative solutions. Furthermore, you bring in good communication skills, foster an open communication climate and know how to establish lasting relationships in international and cross-functional project teams.
You are best equipped for this task if you have
* A Master or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Material Science or comparable
* 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferred in semiconductor development, technology, process development
* Knowledge of semiconductor technology and process development, and semiconductor physics
* Experience in working in project teams as a plus
* Experience in technology development as an advantage
* Knowledge of wide bandgap semiconductors as a plus
* Fluent English skills, fluent German as a plus
This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter-2020). A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills.
