The essential guide to living & working in Austria - Carinthia Edition
The Carinthian Welcome Center presented in cooperation with the Austrian Business Agency and the Carinthian International Center the comprehensive reference work "The essential guide to living and working in Austria - Carinthia Edition".
As a competence center for international talent search, the ABA – Work in Austria is the link between companies and professionals from all over the world and supports with questions about residence permits, living and working in Austria.
“The essential guide to living and working in Austria” was developed as an additional service. It’s available in English and with over 200 pages it offers full information about living, working, education, health and culture in Austria with the aim, to make it easier to settle down in Carinthia.
As a special service, the Carinthia Edition was developed in cooperation with the Carinthian Welcome Center (CWC) and the Carinthian International Center (CIC), which has been available for download (link below) since October 2022. It offers in-depth information about Carinthia with important tips and contacts.
Carinthia is home to people from 172 countries. The Carinthian Welcome Center offers active, free support for a start or a new start in Carinthia and is therefore the first point of contact for questions. The Carinthian Edition of the guide will further improve the welcome offer in Carinthia and a faster arrival is supported. It will be continuously updated with the latest informations.
