Holz Thurner
Founded in 1968, Josef Thurner Holz GmbH has developed into a leading company in the local timber industry with more than 30 employees. The family company, which has been awarded the National Coat of Arms, is managed today by its second generation, Matthäus Thurner, with support from his sisters, Magdalena and Anna. From its very beginning, the company relied on suppliers from Austria, Germany and Switzerland, as well as customers in Italy and in many regions of Europe and overseas. The company has the best expertise as the largest Austrian stone pine wood dealer in the international timber trade and in timber brokerage. The well-stocked warehouse has 1,000 to 1,500 m³ of sawn stone pine wood in all standard dimensions, which is available to customers inquiring from the European furniture and construction timber industries. The range also includes raw material for fences and carports, processed products such as glulam, duo or CLT for timber construction and small-format glulam beams made from Siberian larch.
