In your new role, you will be the technical owner of our powerconversion system concepts--collecting insights from customers, translating them into robust architectures, and guiding multidisciplinary teams all the way to labproven demonstrators that win designs.
In your new role you will:
* Drive system definition for future AC/DC & DC/DC converters - translate market trends and sensor capabilities into groundbreaking topologies and reference architectures
* Capture and consolidate requirements from OEMs, Tier1s and industrial partners, turning realworld needs into clear product specifications
* Steer the product roadmap handinhand with Marketing, PAE/PDE/FAE teams, balancing technical feasibility, timetomarket and customer value
* Create convincing collateral (application notes, whitepapers, demonstrators, reference designs, customer decks) that accelerate designin and showcase system benefits
* Lead crossfunctional ideation sessions, ensuring seamless handover from concept to silicon, package, PCB and firmware design
* Provide technical leadership in powersystem applications, guiding PCB layout, simulation, prototyping and lab validation to firsttimeright results
You are a self-motivated person who strives for performance, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. You pursue ambitious goals and generate value with your ideas and solutions. You communicate openly, clearly and coherently and are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation within your team other stakeholders.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
* A Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering (focus on power electronics; mechatronics as a plus)
* 5+years in AC/DC &DC/DC powersupply design
* Handson expertise in PCB layout (Altium), powerconverter topologies, FEM/field analysis (Ansys) and systemlevel simulation (SIMPLIS/Simetrix, MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, SPICE)
* A proven track record of translating system requirements into IClevel and boardlevel solutions, including partitioning of functional blocks and controlloop design
* Experience in technical marketing / customer engagement (3+years)
* Firmware familiarity with MCU families (PSOC, XMC, AURIX) for system bringup, test automation and application demos
* Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H (https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
