You want to help H&M talk more internally & externally about what we vision for our future, but also what we are already doing in the area of sustainability?
Do you want to be a person who passes on impulses to many different people and who takes up and pursues their ideas?
Your role
* You work in project managements independently.
* You initiate and drive sustainability projects and activities.
* You are responsible for the internal & external communication of all sustainability-related topics and act as an external spokesperson.
* You create internal & external communication material.
* You implement digital workshops and internal lectures for your colleagues on the topic of sustainability.
* You are responsible for the planning, implementation and follow-up of the sustainability strategy and the associated goals.
* You ensure compliance with country's laws, guidelines and processes in relation to sustainability work.
* You work closely with Sales Market Teams, Region & HQ.
Your skills
* You are enthusiastic about sustainability, and you are up to date on current global issues
* You have an affinity for texts and other media
* You enjoy inspiring and explaining - both in individual discussions and in groups
* You have a passion for sustainability and are committed to make the world a better place
* Ideally, you have experience in PR & Public Affairs.
* You are talented in navigating in an international matrix organization.
* You have experience with project management and are familiar with the common MS Office 365 programs.
* Your German and English are fluent, written and spoken.
