Are you experienced as a Program Manager in a software environment? Then this might be a unique opportunity for you within our Philips Domestic Appliances business inAustria in thearea of digital.
You are responsible for
Leading our product development program including initiation, release, launch and maintenance while having an end-to-end scope (Consumer needs and commitments, marketing, R&D etc).
As a successful program managers you will utilize (business) risk management, resource management, transformation management and project management in all its aspects. You will work with many (senior) partners across businesses, functions, locations, and cultures to:

Formulate the program plan in consultation with business partners, management and other internal stakeholders.
*
Define and manage the program organization professionally with knowledge of the vital technological aspects, including the definition of appropriate sub-projects and mentorship of the team members and domain specialists.
*
Control the Program and Project activities in terms of quality, time, money, communication, information and organization inclusive structural reporting to all levels in the organization while ensuring value creation and risk management.
*
Build and maintain the project organization, determining the ways of working and defining key interfaces/deliverables
*
Improve the structured program/project approach continuously
*
Mentor and lead a team of Product Owners and Project Managers

We are a multidisciplinary team of professionals that are passionate about improving the lives of our consumers through meaningful innovation in our domain. You are part of a global team that is based on several locations (Austria, China and Netherlands). You will be based in Klagenfurt, Austria where the majority of the team is based.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

A Bachelor or Master's Degree
*
7+ years of work experience
*
Several years of program/project management and partner management experience
*
Solid experience with sophisticated software programs involving large multisite teams and external suppliers
*
Understands modern software technologies and ways of working (lean, agile) and has shown examples of where he/she has implemented a change to drive optimizations
*
Knowledge of connectivity, mobile and cloud technologies
*
Can provide effective operational and technical advice to help lead our business along the connected journey
*
Understanding of regulatory requirements such as legal and privacy
*
Certifications in PMP, Agile
*
Excellent communicator, able to accurately and neatly communicate program and business status to different partners
*
