Job description
The Junior Talent Program (JTP) is an Austrian trainee program and promoting instrument for young talents, which offers university graduates attractive entry opportunities, individual competence development, as well as high-quality support and supervision.
During this Junior Talent Program, you will work within our Automotive Technical Marketing Team, where we define and realize leading edge products for automotive power distribution applications.
Your program can consist of the following elements:
* Becoming an expert of our latest products in order to support our customers in designing them into different automotive applications
* Supporting our system verification team in order to help our customers in debugging their solutions
* Working together with our product definition engineers to generate the needed design-in collaterals (tools, manuals, demonstrators, ...) for our customers
* Analyzing our competitors for automotive applications
* You will have the opportunity to support with the promotion of our latest products at our key carmakers
Joining the JTP will give you the big picture of Infineon: Our junior talents are prepared for taking on complex target functions by means of tailor-made job rotations, regular feedback loops, trainings, as well as joint networking. Over the course of 24 months, you have at least three different assignments. By working in different departments, you can get an idea of what suits you best. From the beginning, you'll have a chance to roll up your sleeves and take on challenging tasks. Besides that, you have the opportunity to build strong relationships across sites, functions and departments, and to meet the JTP community face to face and at virtual conferences.
This position is temporary: the duration of the Junior Talent Program is 24 months, including 3-4 job rotations.

You don't expect things to be handed to you on a silver platter. You love change - which is guaranteed in the semiconductor industry. You are pragmatic and analytic, because we need both at Infineon. Standing still is not your thing. You find inspiration in teamwork, collaborating with your colleagues on the big picture
You are best equipped for these tasks if you have:
* University degree (Master) in Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics or comparable
* First experience with mainstream simulation tools, like PSpice as a plus
* First experience on hardware, like PCB design as a plus
* Fluent English skills
* Good German skills
