Job description
In your new role you will:
* plan, organize and control the project with full responsibility for all operational decisions in the project and for the successful achievement of all project targets
* grow trusted relationships and drive a pro-active risk management in cooperation with all stakeholders to identify possible mitigation measures and/or to define appropriate backup scenarios
* be responsible from the project idea until end of product life cycle including sustaining responsibilities in escalation cases
* secure timely communications to management and stakeholders on project progress
* lead globally distributed project teams covering the entire value chain - from wafer technology to final product
* understand complex technical Work Products and find the most efficient way to deliver together with the team
* continuously focus on project quality, assess progress and ensure that goals are met even in the face of challenges
Profile
To find useful ways to reach set targets and evades difficult situations through creative solutions is not a problem for you. Encouraging others to explore their limits and take new paths is something you enjoy in your daily work. You're personally committed to the customer's concerns and awards them a high priority.
You are best equipped for those tasks if you have:
* a degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Physics or similar
* at least 6 years of relevant working experience in semiconductor industry or a related industry
* at least 4 years of experience in leading projects
* already gained knowledge in the field of silicon process technologies, package technologies and product development
* demonstrated proficiency in problem solving techniques e.g. 8D methodology
* fluent English and German skills (written and spoken)
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group I (https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter-2020). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
